"Tasting Relaxation" Workshop
Saturday, February 25, 10 AM - 4:45 PM includes a vegetarian buffet luncheon.

Cost: $80. Workshop participants may arrange to stay overnight at the Institute for an additional $40 per night.
The relaxation that comes through Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) practice is like a rich nectar that flows through the body and feelings. This workshop presents practices that allow us to “taste” this deep relaxation. For all levels of students. Morning Meditation

An opportunity to deepen your meditation practice and to introduce your friends or family to the benefits of Nyingma meditation.
